A User is a person who has login credentials to access the system. Broadly, there are three types of users:

Licensed User

Licensed User needs a Conrep license in order to login into Conrep. Such user access level to various Conrep modules will be limited based on

  1. License Type (ATS, PSA etc)
  2. Assigned Role(s)
  3. User-level security controls (optional)

Any user who needs access to data across multiple records and modules, needs appropriate license and Role(s) assigned.

You can provide "Full-Access" to users so that they are not subject to restrictions imposed by any associated Roles.

You can also limit access to specific Division/Entity data by assigning only such Divisions in the User record. This limit would be applied to "Full Access" users as well.

Self-Service Portal User

Self-Service Portal access does not need Conrep license. There are three types of Portal users as below:

  1. Employee Portal Users
  2. Client Portal Users
  3. Vendor Portal Users (VMS)

Each of these portals will have limited access to their data with specific controls/actions appropriate for each corresponding portal. However, your administrator can further customize these options as per your business needs.

One-Time Access User

There is no need to created user record for this type users. You provide a hyperlink along with the email to the recipient and such recipient will access that particular page to access/submit the page.
