Timesheets module helps you track hours for your Employees, Consultants & Sub-Contractors. Timesheets can be enabled for Internal Staff and/or Project Staff. Timesheets helps you track hours against different hour codes and rate types, such as

You can be able to associate Hour codes with Employee Types (W2, W2 Hourly, Corp-to-Corp, 1099) so that not all hour codes are available to all types of Workforce. Similarly, certain Hour codes (eg: PTO, Vacation, Sick, Comp-off) can appear only if such Employee/Consultant has balance hours left in that category and also they cannot be able to submit hours more than their available balance.

Timesheet Work-flow

Timesheets work-flow can be customized to as per your company needs. You can also define different work-flow per Client, Task Order etc. Similarly, for each approval level, you can define one or more approvers at Client, Task Order and/or Placement level.

Timesheet Creation

Timesheets are created automatically by the program based on settings defined at Placement or task order level (such as Timesheet Cycle, Week Start Date etc).
