Timesheet Audit Reports gives the user The total Timesheets data of all the Employees based on

Key figures.They are segregated into four different reports.

Employee Hours Report:

This Report Gives a complete insight into the number of hours an Employee has worked in a particular Month of any Selected year.A single click on any selected key figure will display the Placement and Timesheet data of that Employee.

When Clicking on the Month link the systems will display the data of the specific Employee as shown below.

<aside> 💡 The user can see the Time sheet hours data of the specific employee for the entire period in a months

Selecting the filter columns option as highlighted in the image will allow the user to filter the data accordingly.

The filter columns will display a pop up screen in which the user can modify the Employee Hours report using filters such as Employee Name,Date Range,Placement Type.

<aside> 💡 Choosing the Employee Name,Date Range and Placement Type will display the Hours Report of that specific Employee.

Missing/Invalid Timesheets:

This Report shows all the Missing or Invalid Timesheets for any specific Employee and Timeperiod.

When the click on the Missing Timesheets Number link the systems will display the number missing timesheet records missing for the specific Employee with the status as Timesheet not found as shown below.
