Step 1: Requirements to Candidates: Select the Requisitions module and choose the option Requisitions as shown below.

Step 2:Now the user has to choose the requisition and click on the Email button to Select the option requirements to candidates(Search results)

Step 3: In the Email Template the user can Modify the content and has to choose from the Group of Email recipients as shown below.

Step 4: the user can quickly go through the details such as Email opt-outs,Bounced Emails,invalid

Emails etc. Clicking on The Email button will broadcast this requisitions to all the mentioned Emails and these Emails are sent out individually.

<aside> 💡 If the Email recipient’s ids are associated with Names, then emails are reached in a personalized Manner other wise emails will go as Partner by default in salutation.
