Source of Requisitions can be via emails from Clients, Vendor management System or can even be communicated via phone. Tracking each requisition being received from Client and managing them will give key data on service capabilities and client priorities. Let's look at the below topics covered under Requisition Management:

Requirement Reports and Interface with action buttons.

When we access Requirements from the Main Menu → Open Requirements would be the default report which will list all Open Requisitions in the ATS from different clients sorted by created on date and time.

User will be able to see Open Requirements , Open Reqs Without Internal Submission, Open Reqs without Client Sub, Open Req without any activity, Closed and All Requisitions.

The Reports are based on filters and would display data accordingly.

The User based on security can either see all Open requisitions or might be restricted to see only requisitions where he is a stake holder or the requisition has been assigned to the User based on their Role.

There are few Reports related to Requisitions which are also display data based on Closures and summary of candidates for the requisition.
