In Order to generate the Client Invoices it is always recommended to follow the below process

as explained.

Placement has to be active and should have a Client Invoice type tagged to the placement and placement bill rate has be active.

Timesheet has to be approved for the placement.

In the Client Invoice Type settings,Invoice cycle and Invoice Template effective date has to be active.

If the above mentioned parameters are met then the the invoices are automatically created.

CREATE INVOICES:

Select the Invoice Settings—>Client Invoice Types and select the record and under the More button and click on the Create Invoices button.

This will generate the Invoices based on the Invoice dates specified in the invoice settings.

Not Ready:

If the Time sheet of a consultant/resource for the generated invoice is not approved then the invoice will be moved to Not Ready with the status as Missing Timesheets.

Ready to Approve:

If the Timesheets of consultant for the generated invoice are approved then the Invoice will be moved to Ready to Approve status.

To approve the Invoice select the record and choose the Approve button as shown below.
