Purpose
QB SYNC as it is called sync’s your Invoice data on Conrep to Quick Books. Conrep has been the go to product for many customers to manage Customers, Vendors, Employees, Placements, Timesheet & Expenses with highly Customizable AR and AP Invoicing Modules.
With placement module capturing Bill and Pay Rate information and automating Timesheet creation, its easy for employees to Submit TS. TS which are audited are ready for Invoicing. Invoices are automated based on string of predefined parameters.
Invoices which are ready are emailed to Client.
Before QB SYNC, users would replicate the invoice in QB. AFTER QB SYNC, users just use the QB SYNC button to sync Invoice Data.
Things to remember before we sync data:
To make sure we have customers from QB & Customers in Conrep mapped and also to define the date from when the Invoices in Conrep can be moved to QB, we need to follow the below steps:
1: Please navigate to Accounting & Finance (Main menu) à QUICKBOOKS SYNC
2: Click on the GEAR ICON à This will open a pop up
Customers:
If Customer data from Conrep needs to be Exported to Quick Books, please us highlighted option.
This setting will automatically create new records in QuickBooks that are found in Conrep.
